Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions shall apply to all orders for goods received by Keto Skinny Chef (KCF). No other conditions whether or not inconsistent with these conditions shall apply. It is very important that you read and understand them. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Acceptance of Orders
All orders are accepted by KCF subject to these conditions of sale. No variation of these conditions will be accepted unless previously agreed in writing by the Managing Director of KCF. Orders will only be binding upon receipt of written confirmation from KCF, who reserves the right to refuse any order. In the event of any pricing error occurring within this website, within any fax or e-mail correspondence however received, all incomplete orders shall be deemed void.
Customer’s Authority
Customers entering into transactions with KCF expressly warrant that they are authorised to accept and are accepting these conditions not only for themselves but also as agents for and on behalf of all other persons who are, or may become, interested in KCF goods or products, whether in whole or part.
Payment
We accept online payment through Shopify, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. If you are shopping from outside the Euro zone, place your order and your credit card company or bank will convert the transaction to your own currency. Payments can be accepted in Sterling Pounds. All orders for goods are subject to stock availability. If we do not supply goods to you for any reason, we will inform you of the situation and will refund any money already paid by you for these goods. We are not liable for any financial loss incurred by you relating to interest payments, or loss of earnings, or similar gains you would have received on monies paid to us in lieu of an un-fulfilled order.
Subscription
By clicking "Place my order", you confirm that your subscription will automatically renew and your credit card will automatically be charged the subscription price according to the "Order summary" section of this page until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Prices
All prices quoted or displayed are in GB Pounds at the time your order is placed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in, or the imposition of new taxes or duties. If due to an error or omission the price published for the goods on our website is wrong, we have the right to terminate an order provided the goods have not been dispatched. We will try to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate, but should an error occur, we would inform you of the correct price and give you an opportunity to cancel the order. Please note that the prices quoted are subject to availability and KCF reserves the rights to refund the payments to you if the database processes your order in error. Every effort will be made to maintain a stable supply and pricing policy subject to market conditions and variations. KCF reserves the right to alter prices without notice explanation or notification. We will be pleased to confirm our latest prices by telephone.

Care has been taken to convey the exact details and specifications of the products. KCF reserves the right to alter details and specifications without notice explanation or notification. Some photographs / graphics on the website are for graphical purposes only and may not be of KCF itself.
Retention of Title
All goods supplied by KCF to the customer shall remain the property of KCF until such time as KCF receives payment in full for the goods and of all other monies due to KCF from the customer. Until such payment as aforesaid is received, the separate identity of those goods shall be maintained by the customer. After delivery of the goods to the customer or his nominated sub-purchaser, the goods shall be at the customer’s risk and the customer shall insure those goods against loss or damage.
Until such time as title in the goods shall pass to the customer in accordance with the foregoing provisions, KCF shall be entitled at any time to repossess the goods whether with or without notice and KCF and its employees or agents shall have the right at any time to enter upon the premises of the customer for the purpose of effecting such repossession.
Force Majeure
KCF will not be liable to you for any failure or delay in performance of our contract, if it is due to an event beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, war, industrial dispute, fire, flood, tempest and national emergencies and if so delayed we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for performing such obligations.
No Warranty
Goods are supplied according to the descriptions and specifications given by the manufacturer. KCF and its employees or agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning the goods unless strictly confirmed in writing. In entering into this agreement you acknowledge that you do not rely on any such representation to complete your purchase with us. We make no warranty as the suitability of any goods for any particular purpose. Health Foods are not medicines, thus KCF cannot and are not authorised to guarantee results. In entering into this agreement you acknowledge that there are no guarantees for the purpose of the goods.
Delivery
Every effort will be made to supply orders promptly. KCF will not accept responsibility for suspension or delay in deliveries or for the consequences thereof once the goods have left our premises by any of our nominated carriers. Delivery charges are calculated based on value and location. Free delivery is applied to UK Mainland orders where the final cart value is £50 .**Chilled Meals are only available in Mainland UK.

In general the delivery price quoted is for delivery to the reception desk and/or ground floor at the stated delivery address. We use DHL and Hermes to deliver our goods depending on the size, value and destination of your order. We aim to dispatch all orders the following working day. You may be required to sign for your parcel. If you are not present to accept your parcel, you may receive a note in the post by the courier explaining what you need to do next in order to receive your parcel.
Proof of Posting
All customer orders are sealed and packed in a box for safe delivery. You may be required to sign for your parcel by the courier company.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Receipt of Goods
It is the responsibility of the recipient at the customers’ premises or on behalf of the customer to count and check that all boxes and goods that are delivered are as per the accompanying delivery note. Any damages or shortages must be reported immediately by phone and in writing within THREE working days of delivery, otherwise no claim will be considered. The complete packaging must be retained if pilfering is suspected or if breakage has occurred. Shortfalls cannot be rectified if these procedures are not strictly adhered to.
Non-Delivery
An invoice or receipt is usually sent together with the goods or a day after the goods have been dispatched. Most of our goods are dispatched on a next day basis. In the event of non-arrival of goods, customers must inform KCF within FIVE days of the invoice date, otherwise no claim will be considered.
Proper Law
All contracts made with KCF shall be governed by and construed according to the English Law and the purchaser submits to the jurisdiction of the English courts. These terms of trade will prevail over any conditions that shall be issued by the customer. The customer should not rely on any representations made by staff as they do not form part of the contract or collateral contract.

Any typographical, clerical other omissions or errors however made, in any of KCF’s literature, quotations, price lists, invoices or any other documents or information supplied by the company shall be subject to correction without any liability on the company’s part.
